We are delighted with our new electric fire - it's so realistic and has transformed our living room. Paul was very helpful discussing our options and the installation was completed very quickly and efficiently. Their showroom is a lot bigger than you can see from the shopfront. We'd been looking for a particular Gazco model unsuccessfully at a number of other stores and were pleased to find Esher Fireplaces had it on display for us to see.

We are super happy with our new fireplace mantel installed by Esher Fireplaces. Paul & Sue were a dream to work with and instantly answered all of my queries in relation to installing a mantel over an existing electric fireplace. Lead time & installation, were both quick and easy. The end result - happy customers with our first ever mantel to enjoy in our home just in time for Christmas!

What a fabulous result, I’m so pleased with my new fire. The whole team at Esher Fireplaces were excellent to work with. I needed to replace an old fire with something smaller. This required good design and advice, removal of old, installation of new and making good. Plus they helped me make best use of the plaster’s time. This is my 2nd house that I have used Esher Fireplace. This time I have a Stove - Chesterfield 5 Woodburning Eco plus an Electric fire (in the wall) - The eMotiv 74, both chosen with Paul's help & of course Sue is always there manning the phone & answering the emails. Prompt, always friendly & efficiant. Superb service & advice with everything provided as a full service. No need to worry about anything. Starting off in a building site, Paul came on site & saw the project through, advising as we progressed having rooms & to full instalation, ensuring everything was perfect!! Have known Paul and Sue for 20 years, we're returning customers, just had our new fireplace installed following a major renovation. As always, Esher Fireplaces was so helpful and made the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible. Paul listened to what we were looking for and came up with exactly what we needed. The fireplace looks gorgeous, gives out loads of heat and the fitters were great too, couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Beautiful fireplace. Install was quick, efficient and they nicely cleaned up after themselves. The shelf had an unfortunate slight blemish on it which Paul offered to sort out and a replacement was provided. Very happy with the service and fireplace and highly recommend.

We had a beautiful fireplace fitted by Esher Fireplaces. We had a certain gap for the fireplace and they managed to find something to fit it perfectly. The installers did a great job, really quick and no mess! It looks great and we are really happy with it. Highly recommended Esher Fireplaces.

A great experience from start to finish. We really appreciated the initial site visit to our house ( I’d done lots of research but didn’t know if what we wanted was possible) . A visit from Esher Fireplaces meant we could talk it through with a professional. Sue was great at communicating both on the phone and email , and when the day came for fitting it was all very timely and beautifully done. A very professional business with a human touch . Esher Fireplaces have just completed our new dining room fireplace. They have removed an old coal-effect gas fire, fitted a new slate stove chamber along with an Edwardian surround and installed a Bassington Eco wood burning stove in Oxford Grey enamel. From organising the very first site visit to completion, their service has been efficient and friendly. Paul’s advice and guidance was really helpful to choose the best products, and he was very patient with all my questions. On confirming we would proceed, we were given a schedule for each part of the work, on dates which suited us, and which proceeded exactly as planned. The two gentlemen who removed and replaced the hearth, chamber and surround were skilled and took great care to avoid damage to the surrounding chimney breast. They were very tidy, cleaning up as they worked so that unbelievably there was hardly any dust despite this being a potentially messy job. Similarly the team who fitted the wood burning stove and chimney liner were clearly expert in their field and gave helpful aftercare advice. The rubbish from the project was collected this morning again with consideration and courtesy. Sue was always helpful on the phone when making appointments and I believe is the mastermind of the efficient scheduling. We lit the fire for the first time this morning and it is working brilliantly, with great adjustability from the air controls. We are now really looking forward to some cozy feasts in here over Christmas. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, products and service, and would unreservedly recommend Esher Fireplaces to other potential customers.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Very informed team and great customer experience. From start to finish, including a visit at our home, selecting the new gas stove and installation, was less than 3 weeks. Truly remarkable and very fairly priced ! Would highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service and high quality installation. Esher Fireplaces did a fantastic job installing a wood-burner for me. The install turned out to be much trickier than first thought due to the construction of my house, but the problems were overcome thanks to their professionalism and expertise, and a really lovely finish achieved. The burner works perfectly and looks great. Esher Fireplaces were responsive, customer-focussed, and kept me constantly updated. A really great company, I would thoroughly recommend.

An excellent and professional service from start to finish. We decided to convert our gas fire to electric and Paul was very helpful making the choice. Sue kept us in touch regarding dates and installation was smooth and efficient. Very pleased with our new electric fire which looks good and we can just have the flames on without using the heat which is much more cost and environmentally effective.
