We purchased an inset eletric fire from Esher Fireplaces and it has now been installed to our great satisfaction.The installation was carried out very well indeed and the care and thought involved in making sure the chimney was swept and then "blocked" and a new anti rain chimney cowling fitted was very reassuring.Highly recommended.

We are delighted with our new electric fire - it's so realistic and has transformed our living room. Paul was very helpful discussing our options and the installation was completed very quickly and efficiently. Their showroom is a lot bigger than you can see from the shopfront. We'd been looking for a particular Gazco model unsuccessfully at a number of other stores and were pleased to find Esher Fireplaces had it on display for us to see.

We're delighted with our new fire. It has transformed a room unused in winter to a cosy living space. And it looks great. We thought carefully about the outlay but are really pleased we decided to do it. The options were well explained and the fitters were excellent - extremely clean and tidy and very respectful.

This was so quick and easy from start to finish . The first call with receptionist who was most helpful. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right fire very knowledgeable and with no pressure. The two fitters were very polite and got on with their job , no mess , explained how the fire worked before leaving. Excellent company would highly recommend them.

Esher Fireplaces have just completed our new dining room fireplace. They have removed an old coal-effect gas fire, fitted a new slate stove chamber along with an Edwardian surround and installed a Bassington Eco wood burning stove in Oxford Grey enamel. From organising the very first site visit to completion, their service has been efficient and friendly. Paul’s advice and guidance was really helpful to choose the best products, and he was very patient with all my questions. On confirming we would proceed, we were given a schedule for each part of the work, on dates which suited us, and which proceeded exactly as planned. The two gentlemen who removed and replaced the hearth, chamber and surround were skilled and took great care to avoid damage to the surrounding chimney breast. They were very tidy, cleaning up as they worked so that unbelievably there was hardly any dust despite this being a potentially messy job. Similarly the team who fitted the wood burning stove and chimney liner were clearly expert in their field and gave helpful aftercare advice. The rubbish from the project was collected this morning again with consideration and courtesy. Sue was always helpful on the phone when making appointments and I believe is the mastermind of the efficient scheduling. We lit the fire for the first time this morning and it is working brilliantly, with great adjustability from the air controls. We are now really looking forward to some cozy feasts in here over Christmas. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, products and service, and would unreservedly recommend Esher Fireplaces to other potential customers.
