Paul and Sue couldn’t have been more helpful. Particularly Paul given that we have a very complex flue which required an innovative solution to achieve a decent fire. After a couple of supply disappointments Paul came up trumps with a lovely option. Sadly it’s almost summer so will have to wait a while to appreciate it fully. Given that I was so disappointed not to be able to have an open fire due to the flue system, with Paul’s help we have achieved a good alternative.
An excellent and professional service from start to finish. We decided to convert our gas fire to electric and Paul was very helpful making the choice. Sue kept us in touch regarding dates and installation was smooth and efficient. Very pleased with our new electric fire which looks good and we can just have the flames on without using the heat which is much more cost and environmentally effective.
I am delighted with my new fireplace fitted by Esher Fireplaces. Both Paul and Sue were extremely helpful throughout the process. The fitters did an amazing job with no need for redecoration of any sort and no mess left behind. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

A good experience from beginning to end! We received the advice we needed to upgrade and modernise our gas fire in an existing fireplace. The ordering and installation process were seamless and prompt and we are delighted with the end result which enables us to operate the fire with a remote control and to feel very safe with its operation.
